About the Role:
Tenure: Full time - Ongoing
The Site Manager is the ‘front office’ of the property and grounds teams providing services to the College staff, students and parents to facilitate the day-to-day running of the campus. From a property and grounds perspective, the role is responsible for the following areas:
Security including patrols and electronic surveillance.
College cleaning.
Coordination and facilitation of College events.
Coordination and management of external events held at the College.
Management of the College vehicle fleet including booking and maintenance.
Purchase Order, invoicing and accounts management support for the property and grounds team.
Support of the College Sustainability team and any sustainability measures introduced by the College.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordination and management of the security contracts (Guards and Surveillance) in their entirety. Ensure the scope of the security contracts are delivered by the contractors.
Coordination, administration and management of the College cleaning contract, to deliver a high standard of cleanliness. This includes management of cleaning staff in support of events held by the College and various related groups. and supervision and management of the cleaning contractor.
Working with all groups (both internal and external) to deliver smooth running of events, where the support and involvement of the property and grounds team is required.
The delivery of all property related matters (including set up and pull down) to facilitate functions and co-curricular activities of the college.
Manage and control the College Vehicle fleet to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained.
Be responsible for all vehicle bookings, key collection and vehicle Netstar data, to ensure the smooth running of the College Vehicle fleet.
Support the Sustainability Leader in the role out of initiatives and the recording and collection of sustainability data.
Actively engage and coordinate with other Heads and departments to facilitate the above and deliver services to staff, students and the parent bodies as requested from time to time.
Actively participate in the budgeting process to ensure sufficient budget allowance are to fulfil this role.
Be actively involved in the OH&S and risk management of the college buildings and grounds, including assisting in fire drill etc and warden responsibilities.
Facilitate the production of scope, tendering and appointment of service contractors to the College.
Provide general administration role to the property and grounds team with respect to budgeting, purchase orders, and payment of invoices.
Provides back up to the Facilities Manager as and when required.
